This is butter. Lotion. Thick, goopy Vaseline. Cherry chapstick. Freshly washed hair. It’s comfort. Because since 8:30am, this is what I’ve done:
8:30am – 9:30am – Met for work to decide on a cohort of people who will take over our positions next year.
9:30am – 11:30am – Work, specifically interviewing a lot of people.
11:30am – 12:30pm – Snacking, moving food into the house I live in, working on Econ HW
12:30pm – 1:30pm – Ate lunch (Thai food) and caught up with a friend + met a few more. This was actually great.
1:30pm – 2:50pm – Went to class.
2:50pm – 4:30pm – Did some reading for a class, watched part of Kobe Bryant’s memorial and cried in the library.
4:30pm-6:20pm – Sat in class.
6:20pm – 7:20 – Ate dinner, caught up with friends, read a book quietly instead of going to my workout class.
And now, at 7:27pm, I am here, taking this quiet minute to reflect before diving into the next thing. Right now, I’m going to try and knock out this pset…
